A message from the family:

Since the passing of our brother, and now our father, we have decided to make a priority of honoring the legacies of Ted and his late son Chris Kucab by supporting charities important to them and providing underprivileged children opportunities for growth. Our father and brother fully believed that you need to play the best hand possible given the cards you have been dealt in life. Ted and Chris were shining examples of how to live life despite the obstacles and challenges placed in front of them. We all make mistakes in life. Ted and Chris were no different in that regard, but their ability to remain focused, and truly selfless, led them to be perfect examples of how an ordinary person can truly be extraordinary at the same time.
